JERRY LYNN ELLIOTT Funeral services for lifelong area resident Jerry Lynn Elliott will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 8 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Empire Chapel. Interment will follow at Lebanon Cemetery. Bishop Tim Lanier will conduct. Jerry was born September 3, 1941 in Dolores the son of Duffy Taft and Martha Gertrude (Griffith) Elliot. He passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Vista Grande Inn Nursing Home at the age of 74. Surviving Jerry are his children, Darren Elliott (Delane) of Las Vegas, Nev., Brett Elliott of Cortez, Teresa "Missy" Rowe (Shannon) of Dolores, Jason Elliott (Sabrina) of Cortez and Rebecca "Becky" Elliott of Dolores; 15 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and by his siblings, Vonda Elliott of Dolores and Glen Elliott (Patti) of Dolores. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; and by his siblings, Forrest Elliott, Richard Elliott, and Lonnie Elliott.
