Jeri Salt "Tiffany" Mills

JERI SALT "TIFFANY" MILLS Funeral services for lifelong Towaoc resident Jeri Salt "Tiffany" Mills will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 6 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Towaoc Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Monday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at Ertel Chapel. Tiffany was born May 30, 1985 in Shiprock, N.M. the daughter of Windy Mills Sr. and Shirley Deer. She passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Littleton Adventist Hospital in Littleton, Colo. at the age of 31. Tiffany attended San Juan High School in Blanding, Utah. At the time of her passing, Tiffany was pursuing education in clothing design. She was a talented artist and she had an amazing eye for designing clothing. Surviving Tiffany are her mother, Shirley Deer of Towaoc; her children, Jeremiah Hight of South Dakota and Aren Frost of Cortez; and by her siblings, Wendell Mills, Windy Mills Jr., Colin Mills, Burton Billie, Windy Mills IV, J'Rita Mills, and Charley Casey all of Towaoc. Tiffany was preceded in death by her father.
