Jay Armond Eberling

Jay Armond Eberling was born on December 12, 1978, in Murray, Utah to Jim A. and Gloria Annette (Smith) Eberling. Jay passed away on August 8^th at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado at the age of 44.

Surviving Jay are his wife Misty Ward children Keyan Reeves, Zachary, and Noah Ward.; his parents Jim & Gloria Eberling of Monticello, Utah; his Brother Troy Eberling of Torrington, Wyoming; and his stepbrotherStep Brother Duane Eberling of Arizona.

Jay was preceded in death by his grandparents Joe & Gisele Eberling and Gilbert & Fawn Smith and his cousins Lisa and Jonny Eberling.

Jay enjoyed riding his RZR, fishing, being in the mountains, watching football (a huge Buccaneers fan), watching Nascar, and spending time with his family. His motto was to "work hard, play harder” and he truly lived up to that.

The funeral will be held at Ertel Memorial Chapel on August 15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in Cortez, Colorado. Graveside services will follow in Monticello, Utah at Monticello Cemetery.
