Jack Wade Moore

Graveside services for lifelong Cortez resident Jack Wade Moore will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 14, 2019 at Arriola cemetery.
Jack was born October 23, 1947 in Cortez, CO the son of Olen and Laurna Roberta (Carver) Moore. He passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at his residence at the age of 71.
Surviving Jack are his siblings, Donald Moore (Janet)of Cortez, CO, Phil Moore (Rebecca) of Cortez, CO, Stan Moore of Dolores, CO; and many nieces and nephews. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Robert Moore; his sister, Gayle Moore; and his sisters-in-law, Reva Moore and Brenda Moore.
