IVA HUTTON Graveside services for Iva Hutton, former longtime Cortez resident, will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 4 at the Cortez Cemetery. Visitation has been set for Thursday afternoon from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Ertel Memorial Chapel. Iva, the daughter of Ross and Ruby Ethel (Rider) Mosher, was born in Ulysses, Kans. on January 4, 1913. She passed away at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, Fla. on Tuesday, February 1, 2005. She was 92 years old. Iva and her husband, Donald owned and operated Hutton Variety here in Cortez in the 1940s. Iva and Don later relocated to California, where Don passed away in 1986. Iva has been a resident of Panama City, Fla. since October 2003, coming there from California. Surviving Iva are her daughter, Donna Gants; granddaughter, Melinda Bosiltevac and husband, Rick and her two sons, Sasha and Max Bosiltevac all of Panama City Beach, Fla.; grandson, Don Gants and wife, Nanci and his three daughters, Siera, Tiana, and Olivia Gants all of San Diego, Calif.; her sister, Esther Vaught of Houstin, Tex.; and her brother, Ross Mosher and wife, Nora of Cortez. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Donald Hutton; and by her brother, Melvin Mosher.
