ILSE EBERLING Funeral services for longtime Cahone resident Ilse Eberling will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, October 24 at First Southern Baptist Church in Dove Creek. Interment will take place on Saturday, October 26 at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens, Lake Havasu City, Ariz. at 1 p.m. Visitation has been scheduled for Thursday from 6-7 p.m. at the church. Ilse was born April 13, 1935 in Kunernick, Schlesien, Poland to Klaus and Martha (Lang) Vaupel. She passed away at Southwest Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at the age of 78. Ilse married Clarence William Eberling and to this union four children were born. She was a workaholic and very industrious as well as Clarence so they made a great match. Surviving Ilse are her children, Jack Eberling and wife, Susan of Cedaredge, Colo., Bruce Eberling and wife, Lisa of Edgewood, N.M., Carol Ann Chase and husband, Wade of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Ron Reynolds of Oklahoma; 15 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
