HELEN CHARLIEEN PATTON Funeral services for lifelong Cortez resident Helen Charlieen Patton will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 9 at Montezuma Valley Presbyterian Church. Charlieen was born November 6, 1931 in Cortez the daughter of Stephen Charlie and Myrtle Irene (Wright) Griffith. She passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 at Vista Grande Inn Nursing Home at the age of 85. Surviving Charlieen are her husband of 64 years, John E. Patton of Cortez; and her siblings, George M. Griffith of Cortez and Shirley Sallaway of Phoenix, Ariz. Charlieen was preceded in death by her parents.
