Hazel Peggy Frazier

HAZEL PEGGY FRAZIER Hazel Peggy Frazier, a 25 year resident of the area, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 in Cortez, at the age of 84. Hazel was born on May 2, 1931 in Greeley, Colo. the daughter of Reuel Frank and Irma (Roberts) Drew. Hazel was a member of the Nazarene Church. She was 60 years old when she completed her G.E.D. and furthered her education to earn an Associate Degree through the Vo-Tech thus working for 15 years as a CNA. Hazel enjoyed baking, gardening and flowers, fishing and sitting with the great grandchildren when they would visit. Hazel is survived by her children Fay Kelly of Cortez, Frank Parrish and wife, Sheila, of Tulsa, Okla., Clifford Osterloh of Kansas, Ronald Osterloh of Cortez, Ruby Thomas and husband, Aubrey, of Norfolk, Va.; step-sons Leon Osterloh of Salt Lake City, Utah and Mark Frazier of Cortez; and sister Joyce Tabor of Augusta, Kans. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Harold Osterloh and then Bobby Clark Frazier; her daughter Esther Osterloh; and siblings Frank Drew, Ruth Strand, Jim Drew and Etta Starks.
