GEORGE FREDERICK NOISOM II Funeral services for Hesperus resident, George Frederick Noisom II will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at the Red Mesa Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Bishop Trent Taylor is officiating. Interment will follow at the Kline Cemetery. George was born on February 14, 1915 in Detroit, Mich. the son of George Frederick and Helen June (Harrison) Noisom. He passed away at the age of 90 at his home in Hesperus. George spent his career as a stuntman for the movie industry. He was a stuntman for Mickey Rooney; and was in both The Wizard of Oz and it’s a Wonderful Life with Jimmy Stewart. Surviving George are his wife, Ella Evelyn Noisom; his son, Brian F. Noisom both of Hesperus; two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren; and his brother, Derry Noisom of Siapan, China. Preceding him in death were his parents.
