Fay Jenna Vee Jensen

FAY JENNA VEE JENSEN Graveside services for Lewis resident Fay Jenna Vee Jensen will be held later this week at Green Acres Memorial Gardens in Scottsdale, Ariz. Fay was born March 7, 1927 in Provo, Utah the daughter of Mads Hyrum and Della Bertha (Hansen) Sorenson. She passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Vista Grande Inn at the age of 85. On December 12, 1946, Fay married Alfred A. Jensen in Las Vegas, Nev. The couple was later sealed in the Mesa Arizona Temple. Fay was an active member in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was her Ward's librarian for 27 years. Fay loved tending to her garden, she was well known for her beautiful roses. In her spare time, Fay enjoyed crocheting. Surviving Fay are her sons, Allen Jensen and wife, Dustina of Lewis and Larry Jensen and wife, Susie of Avondale, Ariz.; her grandchildren, Douglas, Lori, Ryan, Steven, and Courtney; numerous great-grandchildren; and by her brother, Bob Sorenson and wife, Kay of Orem, Utah. Fay was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Alfred Jensen; and by three brothers and two sisters.
