ETHEL MARIE HALL Graveside services for longtime Cortez resident Ethel Marie Hall will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 20 at the Cortez Cemetery. A visitation has been scheduled for Monday afternoon from 4 to 7 p.m. at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Ethel was born on September 4, 1924 in Ravenna, Ohio the daughter of Harry and Nora (Hines) Stewart. She passed away on Friday, February 16, 2007 at Southwest Memorial Hospital at the age of 82. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Hall in 1989. Surviving Ethel are her two daughters, Peggy Cranston and husband, Lynn of Ellinwood, Kans. and their children, Bobby Cranston, Robin Stephens, and Rhonda Tucker along with eight great grandchildren, and Kathy McMinn and her husband, Mike of Cheyenne, Wyo. and their children, Cheryl Ayers and Matt Frazier along with six great grandchildren Ethel lived a full life enjoying cooking, canning, needlework, but most of all, now once again being reunited with her husband, Lester.
