Esther Draper

ESTHER DRAPER Memorial services for Esther Draper will be held at a later date in Greeley, Colo. Esther was born June 1, 1910 in Peckham, Colo. the daughter of William and Rosetta (Odell) Carroll. She passed away on October 17, 2015 at Vista Mesa Assisted Living Center in Cortez, Colo. at the age of 105. Esther Carroll married Edward W. Draper on September 14, 1935. She was a very active member of the United Methodist Church, including taking flowers from her own garden to church every Sunday. She was also a member of the Police Widow Association and Colorado Minerals Society. Esther enjoyed gardening and sewing in her spare time. Esther is survived by her children, Patricia Westover (Lee) of Dolores, Jean Jensen (Richard) of Creswell Ore.; and her grandchildren, Aaron Jensen, Kenneth Westover, Craig Westover, Kerry Westover and Jon Westover; her nine great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren. Esther was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her siblings, Odell Carroll, Horace Carroll and Raleigh Carroll.
