Eloise Lyree James

ELOISE LYREE JAMES Eloise Lyree James was born March 20, 1938 in Cortez, the daughter of Claud and Jewel (Stanford) Maslen. She passed away on March 5, 2017 at The Valley Inn at the age of 78. A visitation is scheduled for Wednesday March 8, from 3 to 4 p.m. at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Eloise was an excellent cook and enjoyed cooking for family and friends. She enjoyed crocheting, crafting, and spending time in the desert camping with loved ones. Eloise is survived by her daughter, Kandi Lyree Goode of New Mexico; her step daughters, Lemoyne Bradfield, Cherrie Garchar, and Connie Cannon, all of Cahone, Colo.; by her grandson, Cory Gene Boehne of Florida; by her sister, Donna Palmer of Delta, Colo.; and by her son-in-law, Gary Boehne of New Mexico; She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bryce James; her son, Robert Shane Goode; her sister, Dolores Johnson; and her brother, Gene Maslen. Cremation will take place and no memorial services are planned.
