EDWIN RAY STONER Memorial services for Cortez resident, Edwin Ray Stoner will be held at a later date. Eddie was born on March 19, 1954 in Glendale, Calif. the son of Floyd Eugene and Betty Ann (Lantzer) Stoner. He passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at the Vista Grande Inn at the age of 60. "Fast Eddie" as he will be remembered, was always there to help those in need. He was a handyman and tinkerer until the end; he could fix anything. Eddie will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Surviving Eddie are his mother, Betty of Shreveport, La.; his brother and sister, Eric Thierjung of Shreveport, La. and Donna Livengood and husband, Matt of Cortez; his niece, Cassidy Livengood; and his second family the Faurot Clan of Farmington, N.M. Preceding him in death are his father, Floyd Stoner; his step-father, Don Thierjung; and his sister, Linda Gilmer.
