Douglas Scott 'Doug' Mack

Funeral services for Douglas Scott ‘Doug’ Mack will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 22035 E. Ocotillo Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85242. A viewing will be held from 9 – 10:30 a.m. before the service at the church. Interment will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Sylvan Cemetery, Pleasant View, CO.
Doug was born July 9, 1954 in Oceanside, CA the son of Douglas Guy and Marjorie Arlene (Shafer) Mack. He passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, NM at the age of 64.
Surviving Doug are his parents, Guy and Marjorie Mack of Logan, UT; his wife, Moneta Mack of San Tan Valley, AZ; his children, Collin Mack (Amanda) of Pleasant View, CO, Ivan Mack (Monique) of Pleasant View, CO, Sasha Rodriguez (Pedro) of Mesa, AZ, Bobbi LeSueur (Kyle) of Mesa, AZ, Tyler Mack of Mesa, AZ, Gavin Mack (Mary) of Prescott Valley, AZ, Casey Mack (Mikenna) of Mesa, AZ; his siblings, Clifton Mack (Donna) of Mesa, AZ, Suzanne Judd (Gary) of Pocatello, ID, Cathy Morales (Alejandro) of Las Vegas, NV, Merrielee Walters (Marc) of Las Vegas, NV; and 24 grandchildren. Doug was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Mack.
