DOROTHY HOUSE PRICE Funeral services for lifelong Towaoc resident Dorothy House Price will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Towaoc Cemetery. Dorothy was born May 26, 1945 in Ignacio, Colo. to Asa House and Stella Wall Root. She passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2013 in Albuquerque, N.M. at the age of 68. Dorothy married Melvin Price and they celebrated 45 years of marriage. She graduated from Cook College in Tempe, Ariz. Dorothy was a Christian woman and enjoyed attending church revivals. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, children and siblings. Surviving Dorothy are her husband, Melvin Price of Towaoc; her children, Sheldon House of Bloomfield, N.M., Melba House Price and husband, Juan Martinez of Midland, Tex., Cecil Price of Towaoc, Dino Price of Littleton, and Adrian Price of Towaoc; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and members of the Root family and House family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Asa House and Stella Wall Root.
