Diane Sue Kennell

Funeral services for Cortez resident Diane Sue Kennell will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at the Church of Christ. Mr. Jim Beaver will officiate.
Diane was born September 3, 1942 in Wichita, KS the daughter of Cleland and Letha (Chamness) Buchanan. She passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020 at her residence at the age of 77.
Surviving Diane are her spouse, Sherman Kennell of Cortez, CO; her son, Mark Kennell (Donna) of Olive Hill, KY; her sister, Caroline Newcomer of Littleton, CO; eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Diane was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Michael Kennell; and her sister, Dana Deschack.
