DEVENA KAY BRANSON

   Celebration of life services for DeVena Kay Branson will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Arriola Cemetery.

  DeVena was born October 6, 1956 in Cortez the daughter of Billy D. and Deanna (Gardner) Watson. She passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at Mercy Regional Medical Center at the age of 67.

  Surviving DeVena are her children, Billy Branson (Amy) of Cortez, Crue Robertson (Mariah) of Cortez, and Cassandra Burns (Kameron) of Cortez; her grandchildren, Caleb Branson, Kenzi Branson, Motley Robertson, Enzlo Robertson, Lukka Burns and Lunna Burns; and by her siblings, Robert “Bruce” Uptain (Earlene) of Dolores, Clint Watson (Freda) of Cortez, Kevin Watson of Texas, and Lindy Brogden of Texas. DeVena was preceded by her father, Billy D. Watson; her mother, Deanna Striley and by her brother, Clay Watson.
