DERWIN BOYD GREEN Private inurnment services for life-long Cortez resident Derwin Boyd Green will be held at Spanish Valley Cemetery in Moab, Utah. Boyd will be laid to rest with his wife and daughter. Boyd was born April 17, 1959 in Cortez the son of Denny Clark and Mary Lozene (Knuckles) Green. He passed away at his home in Cortez on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at the age of 54. Boyd is survived by his father, Denny Green of Arizona; his mother, Mary Geisinger and husband, Harry of Cortez; his son, Jason Mathew Green of Seattle, Wash., his step-daughter, Mandy Herrera of Cortez; one grandson; and his brothers, Lyndell O. Green of Dolores and Thomas Marlin Green of Elko, Nev. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie Joann Green; and brother, Clark Denny Green.
