Delores Audrey Ostiling Judge

DELORES AUDREY OSTLING JUDGE Delores Audrey Ostling Judge passed away at Vista Grande Inn on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the age of 78. She was born March 22, 1931 in Rapid City, S.D. the daughter of Axel Hugo and Myrtle Ellen (East) Ostling. Prior to moving to the Cortez area over thirty-three years ago, Delores was employed as a cable former providing wiring for the Space Shuttles. Delores loved to read mysteries, playing Yahtzee and card games. She also found enjoyment at the casino and playing scratch tickets. Her family knew her as a great cook, very outgoing, and willing to try anything. Surviving Delores are her loving companion of thirty years, Tommy Jeter; children, Lorraine Lee and husband, Ted of Charlotte, Mich., Dennis Judge and Kim Hatter of Cortez, and Lydia McAfee and husband, Buzz of Lewis, Colo.; numerous grandchildren and two great grandchildren; as well as by many nieces and nephews. Delores was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul Kemph; sisters, Florence Kratcha, Beverly Garrison, and Evelyn Warner; and one brother, Robert Ostling; brother-in-laws, George Warner, Charles Kratcha and Harold Garrison; and sister-in-law, Esther Ostling. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Delores Judge with Hospice of Montezuma, PO Box 740, Cortez. Cremation is to take place with private family services to be held at a later date.
