Delaney Nalen Starr

Graveside services for Towaoc resident Delaney Nalen Starr will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2021 at Cortez Cemetery. Mr. Rick Wells will officiate. Visitation will take place from 5 – 7 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Ertel Memorial Chapel.
Delaney was born April 5, 1972 in Cortez, CO the son of Emily Rose Laner and Douglas Starr. He passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, CO at the age of 49.
Surviving Delaney are his sister, Melissa Watts (Aaron Lee) of Cortez, CO; his sister-in-law, Andrea Weatherwax of Seattle, WA; his nieces and nephews, Kaylub Starr (Justin Healy) of Browning, MT, Kaelyn Starr (Francina Starr) of Polson, MT, Kody Starr (Chance Sellars) of Browning, MT, and Delvin Starr Jr. (Adrean Blevins) of Browning, MT. Delaney was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Delvin Starr Sr.
