Clare E. Craig

CLARE E. CRAIG Clare E. Craig was born on June 5, 1925 in Detroit, Mich., the son of Clare and Dorothy (Slear) Craig. He passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2006 at the Southwest Memorial Hospital at the age of 81. Clare proudly served his country during WWII with the United States Army. After 16 years of enlistment he went on to work for the United States Postal Service. Clare delivered mail in Detroit, Michigan for 33 years before he retired and moved to Colorado. In his spare time he enjoyed collecting and studying stamps. Surviving Clare are his wife, Arline Craig of Cortez; his children, Reid Craig of Cortez, and Cheryl Tobin of Washington; and his grandson, Levi Tobin also of Washington. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
