CAROL SUE FIELDSON Memorial services for Dolores resident Carol Sue Fieldson will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, March 12 at the Cortez Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, M Road Chapel. Carol was born March 9, 1952 in San Bernardino, Calif. the daughter of Walter H. and Jocklyn (Atkin) Fieldson. She passed away at Southwest Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at the age of 59. An avid baseball fan, Carol collected baseball card for over 28 years. She also kept her hands busy crocheting. Surviving Carol are her brothers, Ron Fieldson and wife, Penny of Dolores and Bob Hughes and wife, Gwen of Henderson, Nev.; by her aunt, Colleen Bartlett and Ed Jaskulski of Dolores; by eight nieces and five nephews; and by a multitude of cousins, great nieces and great nephews. Carol was preceded in death by her father and mother; and her sister, Bonnie Gay Hughes.
