Carmen Ives-Mcgill

Funeral services for Carmen Ives McGill will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held at the end of the service. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Yellow Jacket, CO.
Carmen was born July 12, 1928 in Friona, Texas the daughter of Arthur and Gladys (Stanley) Hughes. She passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at her residence in Clayton, Oklahoma at the age of 90.
Surviving Carmen are her children, Connie Long (Mike) of Dove Creek, CO and Ronnie Ives (Brenda) of Lewis, CO; her siblings, Helen Yarbrough of Cortez, CO, and Mary Richardson of Riverton, WY; her grandchildren, Alicia Pilon, Rodney Owens, Melissa Mathews, Kerri Ziegler, Tara Lehman, Laci Hankins, Marlo, Wendy and Jessie; eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Carmen was preceded in death by her parents; her spouse, Harold Grant Ives; her companion Geedie McGill; her children, Gary Ives and Sandra Ives; her siblings, Patsy Miller, Gladys Leigh, Thomas Hughes and William Hughes; and three infant children.
Memorial contributions can be made in the name of Carmen Ives McGill to Hospice of Montezuma County, Colorado.
