Bruce Hogue Penrod was born October 9, 1949 in West Virginia the son of Kenneth E. and Virginia H. Penrod. He passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Southwest Memorial Hospital at the age of 69.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister Caroline.
