Betty Joe Flora

BETTY JO FLORA Betty Jo Flora was born August 5, 1927 in Quinter, Kan. the daughter of Vernon Ezra and Daisy Lillian (Rash) Blickenstaff. She passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at Vista Grande Inn Nursing Home at the age of 89. Surviving Betty Jo are her children, Debbie Casias (Bob) of Dolores, Bart Flora (Maureen) of Seattle, Wash., and Diane Thompson of Dolores; eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchil; and by her sister, Willetta Sprenkle of Quniter, Kan. She was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Richard Barton Flora; and by her siblings, Wovetta Griffin, Lenna Lea Munson, and Dale Blickenstaff. Funeral services will be held later next week in Glendora, Calif. for Betty Joe. She will be interred next to her husband at Oakdale Memorial Park.
