BARR TURNER CHITTICK JR. Memorial services for Cortez resident Barr Turner Chittick Jr. will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 30 at Trinity Lutheran Church. Pastor Aaron Chittick will officiate. Visitation has been scheduled for Friday afternoon from 4 to 6 p.m. at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Barr was born March 3, 1954 in Cleveland, Ohio the son of Barr Turner and Mary (Srnensky) Chittick. He passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at his residence at the age of 63. Surviving Barr are his sons, Gavin Chittick of Charlotte, S.C., Aaron Chittick (Melissa) of Cold Water, Mich., and Joshua Chittick (Jacqueline); his grandchildren, Loralai Chittick, Jonathon Chittick, and Turner Chittick; and by his siblings, Susan Braunlich (Martin) of East Lake, Ohio and Ruth Medved of Willowick, Ohio. Barr was preceded in death by his parents; and by his wife, Trudy Del (Miller) Chittick.
