AZERETH KALEB YAZZIE Funeral services for Azereth Kaleb Yazzie, 22 of Midvale, Utah will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 4 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Road M Chapel. Bishop Terry Cook will conduct. Interment will take place on Monday in Midvale, Utah. Kaleb, as he was known to family and friends, was born July 26, 1990 in Farmington, N.M. to William Yazzie and Cynthia Ann (Lansing) Yazzie. He passed away in Salt Lake City, Utah on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Surviving Kaleb are his father, William Yazzie of Midvale, Utah; his mother and stepfather, Cynthia Yazzie and Randy Duketoo of Aneth, Utah; his siblings, Steven Yazzie, Stephana Lovell, Taya Yazzie and Jachelle Yazzie; as well as by a large extended family consisting of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
