AUDREY BERNICE OZBORN Funeral services for Audrey Bernice Ozborn will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, at Ertel Memorial Chapel. The burial will be private. Audrey Bernice Ozborn (Olson) was born on June 19, 1919, in Burlington, Colo. Audrey died peacefully of old age on April 10, 2015 in Ft Collins, Colo. Most of you will remember Audrey from being a caring teacher at Battle Rock, Lakeview, and Mesa Elementary for a total of 30 years. Audrey has made a difference in many young lives and has always enjoyed phone calls and letters from former students. Audrey was also a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma Teacher's Honorary Association and the First United Methodist Church in Dolores and Cortez. She was also an Eastern Star and a member of "the pot lickers". Audrey was preceded in death by her loving husband Morty Ozborn; her daughter, Barbara Boggs; and son-in-law, Charles Keland Boggs. Audrey will be missed by her surviving grandchildren, Keland and Kalvin Boggs; her great-grandchildren, Keland and Kalvin, Kearra, Kaeleen, Kyley, Kaiden and Kamron; and her nieces, Judy, Pat, Phyllis and Susi; as well as many extended family members, friends, and students.
