Arleta Syra

ARLETA SYRA

Arleta Syra was born July 21, 1933 in Casa Grande, Ariz. the daughter of Verda Lee (Sartin) and Charles Floyd Baldwin. She passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Vista Grande Inn Nursing Home at the age of 89.

Arleta is survived by her sons, Larry N. Syra (Linda) of Bullhead City, Ariz., Gary S. Syra (Marilyn) of Tooele, Utah, and Barry D. Syra (Kim) of New Mexico; by her daughter, Sheree D. Stevenson of Mancos; by her daughter-in-law, Karen V. Syra of San Diego, Calif.; and by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Arleta was preceded in death by her parents, Charles “Charley” Baldwin and Verda “Birdie”; by her husband of 60 years, Howard Syra; by her son, Cary Syra; by her siblings, John “J.A.” Baldwin, Helen Sitton, Robert “Bobby” Baldwin; by her son-in-law, Joel Stevenson; and by her daughter-in-law, Jane Syra.

Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held.
