Annette K. Christensen

 Annette K. Christensen (Barthel) was born January 10, 1985 in Gowanda, N.Y. the daughter of the late Greg Barthel and Anna England (Phillips). She passed on July 24,2024 in Cortez, Colo. at the age of 39, she was formerly of Pekin, Ill. 

 Annette loved being a mother and spending time with her kids. She was very social with a big heart. She will be loved and missed by many. Annette was a registered member of the Seneca Native American Tribe. 

 Surviving Annette are her children, Matthew Clendenny and Elizabeth McCord (Nathan), all of Las Vegas, Nev.; her great-aunt, Ruth Conklin of New York; her mother, Anna England of East Peoria, Ill.; her siblings, Kevin Barthel of New York, Kim Rybij of New York, MaryAnn Benton Illinois, Kyle Barthel of New York, and Brad Donath of Illinois; by her uncle Jim Phillips of New York; by her aunt, Berta Deet of Illinois; and by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 Annette was preceded in death by her father, Gregory G Barthel in June of 2013; her sister, Robin Dennis in April of 2013; and by her nephew, Patrick Koetter in July of 2024.
