Anita Rae Rose

ANITA RAE ROSE Anita Rae Rose was born February 15, 1948 in Telluride, Colo. the daughter of Abraham Lincoln and Mabel (Blackmore) Imel. She passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at her Dolores residence at the age of 65. On June 13, 1986 Anita married Terry Rose in Dolores. She enjoyed wood burning and fishing. Surviving Anita are her spouse Terry Rose of Dolores; and her children, Rocky Fletcher and wife, Nancy of Greenfield, Maine, Raynell Paredes and husband, Ramon of Cortez, and Buffy Martinez and partner, Rudy Morgan of Cortez. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Fancy and Jona Navarro of Mancos, Mando Paredes and Raquel Lindsey of Cortez, Santana Paredes and Beny Nuez of Cortez, Micheal Ward and Ashley Johnson of Cortez, Anthony Ward of Cortez, Jesse Ward and Ashley of Cortez, Kevin Ward of Cortez, Ashley Lopez-Paredes of Cortez, Roxanne Ward of Greenfield, Maine, and Chase Rose of Dolores; by her great-grandchildren, Alaina Smith-Paredes, Zane Ward, Taylor Johnson, Lexi Ruiz, Kadon Ruiz, Myla Ward and Maylonna Ward, all of Cortez; and by her siblings, Jackie McCabe of Phoenix, Ariz., and Travis Imel of Mancos.
