Amy Alyssa Caro Perez

A Memorial Service for Cortez resident Amy Alyssa Caro Perez will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2020 at the Lewis-Arriola Community Center. Mr. Leroy Garcia will officiate. A Celebration of Life will follow.
Amy was born July 23, 1987 in Cortez, CO the daughter of Jose Luis and Eva Marie (Lobato) Caro. She passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Southwest Memorial Hospital in Cortez, CO at the age of 33.
Surviving Amy are her mother, Eva Martinez and her step-father, Horacio Martinez of Cortez, CO; her father, Jose Caro of Denver, CO; her daughters, Aliyah Perez, Alysia Perez, Ava Perez, and Aryani Perez all of Cortez, CO; and her siblings, Letcia Fragosa-Diaz of Cortez, CO, Adrianna Martinez of Cortez, CO, Marina Caro of Albuquerque, NM, Tony Caro of Denver, CO, and Luis Caro of Denver, CO. Amy was preceded in death by her brother, Carlos, Martinez.
