Amberley Nicole Burk-Rohweder, 25, of Mancos, Colorado, passed away unexpectedly on April 28, 2023.
Left to cherish Amberley’s memory are her husband, Casey Rohweder; and their two children, Carter and Layla; along with her sisters, Jessica Holderby of High Ridge, Missouri, Rachel Ogden of Safford, Arizona, and Hali Sims of Weatherford, Texas. She will also be remembered by her parents, parents in law, grandparents, and family and friends in Mancos and across the country. Amberley is predeceased by her daughter, Emma; and her older sister, Kelsey Charlotte Burk.
Amberley was born October 4, 1997 in Silver City, New Mexico and later moved to Colorado. She was a dedicated mom and loving wife, wanting nothing more than to be a great mom for her kids. She enjoyed talking with just about anyone and had a special heart for the elderly. Amberley loved being outdoors, spending her free time fishing and sitting around a campfire at the lake. She was full of life and light and left us far too soon.
A celebration of life for Amberley will be held at the Mesa Trails Cowboy Church, 281 West Menefee Street in Mancos on Saturday, May 6 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Amberley Burk Memorial Fund at any Dolores State Bank location or at http://spot.fund/gtl7zsc
