ALICE SUZANNA RANDOL Funeral services for Cortez resident Alice Suzanna Randol will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 29 at the Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at the Cortez Cemetery. A visitation has been scheduled for Tuesday morning from 8 a.m. to service time. Alice was born on May 10, 1929 in Wellington, Missouri the daughter of George W. and Anna Caroline (Breuer) Lay. She passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2007 at the Vista Grande Inn at the age of 78. Alice enjoyed traveling and loved her grandchildren dearly. Surviving Alice are her children, Frances Cromell and husband, Ralph of Nucla, and George R. Partridge and wife, Patsy of Lake City, Ark.; her sister, Hannah Elder of Grand Junction, Colo.; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Raymond Albert Partridge and Joseph Francis Randol; and her siblings, George Lay, Claudia Manz, Mary Gregory, and Elizabeth Belmear.
