ALFRED DEAN BRADSHAW Alfred Dean Bradshaw was born September 22, 1939 in Farmington, N.M. the son of Harvey Dean and Ewa Berniece (Cornelison) Bradshaw. He passed away on February 6, 2013 in Mesa, Ariz. at the age of 73. Alfred attended Mancos High School and Fort Lewis College where he graduated with his teaching degree. He taught in Aneth, Utah for the Utah Bureau of Indian Affairs. When he was not teaching, he found enjoyment making Kachina dolls and going to yard sales. He was also a member of the Masons. Surviving Alfred are his son, Troy Bradshaw of Phoenix, Ariz.; granddaughters, Kaylee Bradshaw and Mariah Bradshaw; grandson, Conner Bradshaw; and his sister, Rose Rich of Cortez. Alfred was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Ewa Bradshaw; his son, Darin Bradshaw; and his brother, Jimmie Bradshaw. Cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Madison House, 120 S. Madison Street, Cortez.
