Alex Paul Glover

Alex Paul Glover, son of James T Glover (Alice Anderson) and William "Dave" and Linda (Segee) Kotula, passed away unexpectedly on August 13, 2023 in his home in Cortez, Colorado. He is survived by parents and step parents; his two sisters, Amanda Catalano of Tickfaw, LA and Ariel (Josh) Cox of Amite, LA; his brothers Alvin (Mari) Burrows of Austin, PA and Sean Glover of Cortez, Colorado; his stepsister McKyna Anderson of Cortez; his grandparents Donna K and Rick Long; and many aunts and uncles and nieces and nephews, as well as his dog Cora. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers James E Glover, James O Segee, stepgrandpa Gary Anderson and grandmother Bobbi Segee.

Alex worked for four years at Airgas Dry Ice factory with his father as manager, who said Alex can never be replaced. Alex went to school at Cameron County Woodland Elementary and middle school and finished and graduated from K-12 home school in Louisiana. Everywhere Alex went and worked over the years he became everyone's best friend. He was kind and loving and always put others before himself. He loved the outdoors, watching funny YouTube videos and gaming with his brother Sean. He enjoyed hockey, his favorite team being the Buffalo Sabres.

His beautiful smile will be missed. Alex will be laid to rest in Mancos, Colorado.
